SILK SHIELD™ multilayer fabric (code FS3320C0) is produced in 14-meters cuts.
The height of the fabric is cm. 133-138.
Weight per square metre is around 135 grams.
It is made from 100% silk, with organic cotton seams.

SILKSHIELD is entirely Made in Italy, which is seen as a preferential origin for most export markets. Under license from B.F. s.r.l. SILK SHIELD™ is produced and distributed by Elitex s.r.l. based in Como at Via Beato Geremia, 20 – made at the factory at Albese con Cassano, at Via Lazio, 6. (VAT number 01433880133)

From the multilayer fabric SILK SHIELD™ are obtained the masks shapes of the following sizes:
JUNIOR (cm. 20,0 x 13,0)
SLIM (22.5 x 14.5 cm)
REGULAR (23.5 x 15.5 cm)
LARGE (24.0 x 16.0 cm)
All are marked with the SILK SHIELD™ embroidered trademark. Each mask produced is packaged in its own envelope made with FSC recycled paper, also marked with the SILK SHIELD™ trademark.

The design of the masks can be customised with a minimum production of 2 cuts of 14 meters each. The outer fabric, which is silk taffeta, can be customised with exclusive dyes and prints, for logos, signatures and patterns. The actual type of the outer fabric itself may not be changed as all the certifications relating to the fabric would have to be reviewed. For the customisations the minimum production quantities are 2 cuts of 14 meters each.
